Sec. 01 / The Problem
Most AI and platform projects in banking and logistics die in the pilot: without traceability they never pass a compliance review, and without core integration they never reach production. We start from the regulated process (reconciliation, screening, customs filings) and build outward.
The browser redirect is never the source of truth. Payment state changes only on verified provider confirmation. Neither is the demo.
Under uncertainty, converge to a verified state. A timeout or an ambiguous response never becomes an unconfirmed success, whether it involves a payment or a container.

Payment orchestration, double-entry ledgers where the sum-zero invariant is enforced by the database, daily reconciliation, KYC/AML workflows and regulatory reporting. PayCore, our reference payments architecture, captures how we think about money: multi-tenant, built to plug into the payment rails of each market, from instant account-to-account schemes to cards and wallets, and extensible to new providers without touching the core.
Operating systems for terminals, freight agents and free trade zones. Hansa, our port-operations platform, digitizes the flow that moves cargo: manifests, customs documentation, cargo traceability and coordination between the actors of the logistics chain, so a container never waits on a PDF.
Agents that work inside your workflows (AML alert triage, cargo document classification and extraction, financial back office) with guardrails, full traceability and a human in the loop. AI is the tool. The process is the product.

Sec. 03 / How We Work
The same discipline we specified for PayCore, our payments reference architecture, applies to everything we ship.
Idempotent at every boundary. Retries, duplicates and out-of-order events are the normal case, not the exception.
Every state transition is recorded: who, what, when, from where, and with which version of code and configuration.
Extensible without re-architecture. Adding a payment rail or a customs regime is adding an adapter, never rewriting the core.
Compliance is an architecture input. Data protection law, financial regulation and audit trails are designed in from the start, not bolted on.
You own the keys. We document, train and hand off. No eternal dependencies.
