Cloud architecture & modernization
AWS-first infrastructure as code, event-driven microservices, zero-downtime migrations of legacy systems, and cost engineering. Everything is reproducible from a pipeline, with no hand-built production.

A bug in fintech is a fine, a frozen settlement or a ledger that doesn’t balance. A bug in a port is a container that doesn’t ship. Everything below is built for that reality.
SVC. 01 / Fintech
Payment orchestration, ledgers, reconciliation and regulatory workflows. PayCore, our reference payments architecture, encodes how we build for money: instant account-to-account rails, bank redirects, cards and wallets, each behind an adapter so the core never changes.

every transition recorded: actor, reason, timestamp, trace.
Every write is idempotent. A duplicated request produces one payment, not two. Idempotency keys are mandatory, not optional.
The ledger is double-entry. Debits equal credits on every transaction, enforced by the database rather than by convention. Entries are immutable; corrections are linked reversals.
Reconciliation is automatic and daily against every provider and bank report, with each discrepancy classified, queued and audited to resolution.
Multi-tenant isolation is technical, not polite. Row-level security in the database means a query that forgets the filter still can’t read another tenant’s data.
Compliance is designed in: data protection law, financial regulation, immutable audit trails, and PCI-ready segmentation before cards ever enter scope.
A document is data. Manifests, bills of lading and customs filings become structured, validated, traceable records instead of PDFs in an inbox.
Every cargo movement is reconstructible end to end: who declared it, who approved it, where it sat, and why.
Integration is designed in, not bolted on: customs authorities, port community systems, shipping lines and free trade zone operators each speak through an adapter.
Operations don’t stop for software. Ports run 24/7; deployments, migrations and failures have to be invisible to the yard.
SVC. 02 / Ports & Foreign Trade
With Hansa, our port-operations platform, we digitize the documentary and operational flow of cargo: terminals, freight agents, customs processes and free trade zones.
SVC. 03 / Applied AI
We don’t sell generic chatbots. We build agents that operate inside compliance and trade workflows, where every decision must be explainable, logged and reversible by a human.
An agent that can’t explain its decision doesn’t ship. Guardrails, full observability and end-to-end traces are part of the definition of done.
Human-in-the-loop by design. Agents triage, gather evidence and propose; people approve what matters: an AML analyst, a customs broker, an operations chief.
Document intelligence for real paperwork: classification and extraction over invoices, manifests, bills of lading and KYC files, validated against your rules instead of merely parsed.
Your data stays yours. Retrieval over proprietary data with strict tenancy, redaction and retention. Architecture, not promises.
SVC. 04 / Foundation
AWS-first infrastructure as code, event-driven microservices, zero-downtime migrations of legacy systems, and cost engineering. Everything is reproducible from a pipeline, with no hand-built production.
Senior nearshore engineering pods: US time zone, fluent English, and fluency in the domains above. They integrate into your team, raise its bar, and leave behind more capability than they consume.
SVC. 05 / Method
We map your data flows and regulated processes, and identify where engineering, or an agent, removes a real bottleneck. We define what success means before writing code.
We start from our reference architectures, PayCore for payments and Hansa for port operations, and build custom where your operation demands it. No generic wrappers, no glued demos.
We deploy through CI/CD with observability from day one, train your team, and hand over the keys. Documentation is a deliverable, not a favor.
Tell us in one paragraph. We’ll reply with an initial technical take, not a sales deck.
